Ground floor villa near Nice, in a small Provençal village, located in a wooded garden with a pretty sea view and a pretty view of the valley, ideally located between the sea (15 ') and the mountains (- 10 '). 20 minutes from the city of Nice and 15 minutes from the airport. Shops nearby. Calm and serene place. The atmosphere there is family. The ground floor of the 90 m2 villa has two bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a very nice terrace with plancha and fryer overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The latter is sometimes shared with the owners. The whole is surrounded by a garden full of flowers and trees with outdoor dining areas. Very diversified activities thanks to the location of the place which allows you to go from a mountain activity to an aquatic activity on the same day! The accommodation then allows you to rest in peace after a day of sightseeing or activities.
(Hiking, climbing, canyoning, fishing, kayaking, nautical activities but also the Nice carnival or the lemon festival, visit of many Provençal villages, art galleries, museums (Renoir at 5', MAEGHT Foundation at 10' in St Paul de Vence), Vence is also worth a visit for the gentle atmosphere of its medieval town and its modern art museum. Antibes is worth a visit for its ramparts, its Port Vauban and the Picasso museum.)
The accommodation must be left clean, as when you find it on arrival.
