72 m2 shared flat in the "coliving" style, in the heart of Lille to live a multicultural experience in a private building with 7 accomodations for students. The AREA IS VERY SAFE, close to Sc Po and niversities.
THE "industrial style" APARTMENT is spacious. It includes shared spaces: large living room, large equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and 3 private bedrooms: bedroom1 (for 1 girl), bedroom 2 (shared by 2 girls which reduces the cost per girl), bedroom 3 (for 1 girl or 2 girls). The apartment can be rented as a whole for a group or per bedroom.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME CHARGES ARE INCLUDED WITH THE RENT AND SOME UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND TO BE PAID IN EXTRA;
The charges included are: general maintenance but not if the sink is clogged, nor bulb replacement according to th French rules, wifi, bed equipment (blanket, pillow, 1 set of bed sheets/towel), city trash tax, but NOT the participation to washing machine use expenses (water, electricity 4.50E/month) and the additional bed sheets which are optional. Ask for the extra cost /month/person
The utilities which are not included in the price are: electricity, heating, water 80E. The payment is based on consumption and a monthly provision of euro/person is to be paid in extra. The final account is done at the end of your stay if less consumption = refund, if more extra payment.

We are ONLY girls (19 to 28 years old) students coming from allover the world to complete an international university education in a Master's degree in International Business, Computer Science, Political Science, Journalism or Languages or to do an internship.
We are here for a few months or more
The languages spoken are French and English (essential internationally, of course), but also Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Chin
