The Apartment

Located in the Procé district of Nantes, 2.3 km from the city center, facing Parc de Procé and right next to the Val de Chézine.
Tastefully decorated, fully furnished, on a raised ground floor in a quiet 20-unit residential building, close to all amenities, shops, and public transport.

The apartment includes 3 furnished bedrooms, each with:
o Two double beds (140 x 190 cm) and one queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm)
o A desk
o A fitted wardrobe
o Each bedroom door is lockable with an individual key.

A separate, fully equipped kitchen:
o Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction stove, extractor hood, dishwasher
o Complete set of kitchenware (plates, cutlery, glasses, pans, pots, etc.)

Living room:
o Sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table

Bathroom:
o Sink with vanity unit, mirrors
