The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, an induction hob, two fridges and a small freezer. The living room has two large and comfortable sofas and armchairs and there is a dining table which comfortably seats six people. A covered parking space is also available within the residence.
The residence is very calm and peaceful and in the grounds there is a swimming pool, two tennis courts, table tennis room and a boules court. It is set in beautiful grounds and gardens of 11 acres and is secure and safe. It is ideal for studying without traffic noise or other interruptions.
The apartment has also been the perfect place to stay during the lockdown periods. The students have found it to be peaceful and safe. They have enjoyed the wonderful facilities provided with the rental such as enjoying walking in the beautiful grounds of the domain, or exercise by playing tennis, table tennis and swimming in the warmer months.
